BEGINNERS
This class is designed for
those students with little or no prior knowledge of Spanish. You will
learn basic grammar to be able to produce and understand short sentences
to communicate in daily life situations.
Contents : (Contents vary depending upon the duration
of the class):
- Main verb tenses.
- Personal pronouns.
- Possessive pronouns.
- Basic expressions
of courtesy.
- Basic vocabulary.
- Vocabulary and expressions
relevant to specific situations (going shopping, meeting friends, etc.).
- Oral and written
comprehension through dialogues and scripts.
INTERMEDIATE
This class is specifically
designed for students with some basic knowledge of Spanish. It includes
a grammar review and introduces new and more complex structures. Students
will enhance written communication skills.
Contents:
- Review and expand
previously known grammar.
- Develop more advanced
oral and written communication abilities.
- Express themselves
with greater freedom, both orally and in written texts.
- Learn colloquial
language to express themselves better in different situations .
- Study Spanish phonetic
concepts.
ADVANCED
This level works toward oral
and written fluency. Students will study more difficult grammar such as
subjunctive verbs and complex sentences.
Contents:
- High level of Spanish
grammar.
- Study new semantics.
- Read more complex
texts including literary works, scientific articles and newspaper articles.
- Conversations tasks,
movies, etc.
- Produce more complex
written texts.
- Improve pronunciation
and oral production of Spanish.
SUPERIOR
This level aims to perfect
oral and written Spanish. Students will study and review complex grammatical
structures, refining pronunciation and intonation.
Contents:
- Review and study
advanced grammar concepts.
- Deepen their understanding
of Spanish phonetics.
- Regional varieties
of Spanish (included slang).
- Comprehend difficult
oral and written texts.
- Study different semantic
fields of interest.
- Produce oral
and written texts freely.
