| METHODOLOGY
AND EVALUATION
Galilea offers
classes focused on the individual needs of our students.
We teach in small groups with experienced teachers. Though
we place special emphasis on oral communication skills to
survive in everyday situations, our students also study
reading, writing and grammar. At Galilea, students are active
participants in their learning process. We use both traditional
and innovative language teaching methods to guarantee language
learning with results corresponding to your chosen level
of study.

EVALUATION
During our courses
we evaluate the following aspects of language learning:

Initial
Test: To determine your appropriate class level.

Direct Evaluation:
Classroom observation, direct feedback to reinforce and adapt
contents of the class to your level.

Self-evaluation:
Exercises to complete every two units to ensure that you are
learning and understanding all of the course objectives.

Final Exam:
To determine the knowledge that you have acquired during the
course.
Each of these evaluations will be used as a reference mark to make
changes in improve each class to always ensure the best teaching
methods are being used to ensure maximum learning.

REGARDING THE COURSES

Galilea Spanish School.

the courses: from two weeks onwards.

of lessons: 60 minutes.

maximum 10 students per class.

age: 18 years (minors require a written permission
from parents).

all levels.

free activities and services offered by the school (see below
in services included). Excursions and cultural activities (they
are chargeable).

SERVICES
INCLUDED

Oral and
written Level Test: on your arrival at Galilea you
will be asked to take an oral and written Spanish Level Test
so that we can place you in a suitable group.

We have a
library available to our students: you can use our
magazines, newspapers and books.

A welcome
party!: You will be able to know a little bit more
about our students and our teachers.

A guide handbook:
It contains information regarding Galilea and the city of Granada.

An internet
room: you will have free access to internet.

A Certificate
of attendance: once you have completed the course you
will be given a certificate stating the hours attended and the
level of Spanish achieved.

A student
card: for only 6€ you will get your student card which
allows you to obtain discounts in many establishments in Granada.

A departure
party! (Only in summer time).
